Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for all eligible home furnishing items. You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them — unused, unwashed, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate an exchange, email us at info@viraasa.com with your order details and reason for exchange.
Please do not send any items without prior confirmation from our team.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@viraasa.com with photos and order details. We will resolve the issue at the earliest.
